Wigtoberfest

Join us for a weekend of Bavarian fun whilst enjoying a brilliant selection of local beers. The team from Five Kingdoms Brewery and Wigtown Brewery will be in attendance to discuss anything and everything to do with brewing beer and there will also be a showcase of other local breweries beers to sample too such as Lowlands Brewery and West Walls Brewing Co. There will be fresh cask ales galore, and a chance to speak to many CAMRA members!

There will also be a great range of delicious food to buy from Toots & Co who are taking over the kitchen for the weekend to cook up some brilliant German style cuisine, as well as a few home favourites.

To top it off we also have brilliant music acts throughout the weekend from Davie Kerr, Kissing The Flint, and M.A.D (Mick and Dave!).

The Programme

Pub open from 12 noon til late (both days)
Beers served in the outdoor gazebo from 12 noon – 10pm (both days)
Food served from 1pm – 8pm (both days)

Music Sessions

Davie Kerr: 2pm – 4pm on Saturday
Kissing The Flint: 8pm – 11pm on Saturday
M.A.D: 6pm – 10pm on Sunday

Please note that there is a 40p fee for online ticket sales to cover our payment processing fees. Tickets purchased in person at The Wigtown Ploughman are £5 each. Thank you for understanding – it’s more reasonable than the fees Ticketmaster charge!
